Willows Youth Club

We are a community hub that supports a youth Project working with young people 11-25

We support events, youth forums and youth projects throughout the year, with specific focus on developing a drop in youth club 4 nights a week.

Why the community needs us
15 hours a week of youth work delivery, 150 young people accessing youth club per year, 15 youth forum members, 50 qualifications delivered to young people in the community

Our impact on the community

We provide non formal education to over 300 young people each year with oppertunities to take on social action, develop thier voice through youth forum and take on adventures throughout the UK.

What we can offer?

If a volunteer is interested and stays with us they will receive free qualifications in youth work and safeguarding.

Volunteers needed

They need to be Community minded with a focus on developing a commnity hub and Youth space - Either by supporting administrative duties or supporting delivery A volunteer would have interest in Arts Music Social action Politics Social media Sports Volunteers will need the ability to plan and deliver sessions under the direction of a qualifed youth worker. There is now an option to take part in online volunteering through our Willows Youth online, this is new to us so having a chat around this offer will be needed. If face to face deliver a volunteer will need to get to us, we are in a village, however, there are a number of transport links
