On Saturday 29th June 2024 I will be doing a 15,000ft skydive in Devon to raise money for Kinergy!
Nationwide, 81% of women and 43% of men reported experiencing some form of sexual harassment and/or assault in their lifetime. It was also reported that there were 59,191 sexual assaults in the UK in the year ending March 2023, a 16% increase from the year ending March 2020.
Kinergy has been supporting survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence since 1996.
Kinergy offer a fully inclusive and accessible service for all adults living in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Bath and North East Somerset. They also provide survivors with qualified male and female counselling sessions.
Kinergy's support has meant that 97% of survivors they have supported say they have seen a positive impact on their mental health, 95% have seen a positive impact on their day-to-day functioning, 95% feel more positive about the future, 95% have an increased ability to cope and 100% have an improved understanding of trauma.

About Kinergy Skydive
On Saturday 29th June 2024 we are holding a skydive day with Skydive Buzz in Devon to raise money for Kinergy. Kinergy has been supporting survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence since 1996. They help survivors of sexual assult and abuse to develop coping mechanisms, understand their experience and improve their mental, physical and social wellbeing. They do this by providing fully inclusive and accessible service for all adults living in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Bath and North East Somerset. They also provide counsellors who are registered members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the UK Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) or equivalent. They have both male and female counsellors and offer both in person and online counselling.
