Celebrating 15 years of teaching Karate in Powys, Lee is attempting to complete 24 hours of performing Karate Kata to raise money for the local charity Mid & North Powys Mind. Lee believes the charity resonates with the aim of his Karate clubs, of helping people of all ages improve their health and well being physically and mentally! Especially after the last 2 years!!
