Gillian 5K Run for SBRCC

Scottish Borders Rape Crisis Centre provides support to women and girls over the age of 12 who have experienced sexual violence or rape at any time in their life. It can be very difficult to talk to friends or family after experiencing trauma. Having an organisation such as SBRCC there to listen and guide you through the healing process is very important. SBRCC offers face to face support, phone/email support and group sessions called the Butterfly Project. They can also provide support and information to friends, relatives and partners of survivors. I will be raising money for SBRCC whom I believe provide an invaluable service. I will be running a 5K in the evening at The Kelpies on 09 Nov 2018.
