I've been inspired by Michael Rosen's Book of Play to make my life more 'Play-Full'. Play is so important, and it's definitley not just for children. Everyone needs to make some time for play in their lives and it comes in many different forms - there's something to suit everyone.
I'm going to make time for a specific play activity every day for a month in the run up to National Play Day on 4th August 2021 and I'd like to raise funds for Home-Start South Leicestershire by successfully acheiving this.
I'll be posting news about each of my daily play activities on facebook, and sharing this with Home-Start South Leicestershire to spread the word about how important play is. I hope you'll be inspired to play more yourself and do your own Month of Play too to raise more funds to help Home-Start.
