On Saturday 29th June 2024 I will be doing a 15,000ft skydive in Devon to raise money for Kinergy alongside my bestie Jess.
Kinergy is a charity that has been providing free, specialist, trauma-informed counselling and group therapy for survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence since 1996. They have both male and female counsellors and offer both in person and online counselling.
Their values are to Listen, Believe, Support, Empower. They aim to help survivors to develop coping mechanisms, understand their experience and improve their mental health and general wellbeing.
Through the support provided by Kinergy, 97% of survivors see a positive impact on their mental health, and 95% experiencing a more positive impact on their day-to-day functioning. 95% of survivors feel more positive about the future, and 100% have improved understand of trauma.

About Kinergy Skydive
On Saturday 29th June 2024 we are holding a skydive day with Skydive Buzz in Devon to raise money for Kinergy. Kinergy has been supporting survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence since 1996. They help survivors of sexual assult and abuse to develop coping mechanisms, understand their experience and improve their mental, physical and social wellbeing. They do this by providing fully inclusive and accessible service for all adults living in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Bath and North East Somerset. They also provide counsellors who are registered members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the UK Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) or equivalent. They have both male and female counsellors and offer both in person and online counselling.
