Wonder Women run for Nurture

Hey! I'm part of a wolf pack of determined women and one man (yey) who are training to run the Cardiff 1/2 Marathon in October dressed as Wonder Woman. This is all in aid of the Nurture Fund. Nurture is our organisation, based in Carmarthen and is focused on supporting famillies in and around the area who are going through the transitions of parenting...and all the mental, emotional and physical pressures that come with that! Essentially we are a collection of practitioners & volunteers with one common goal...support people to support themselves. Simple. All that said, it's tough to support yourself and get the help you need if you don't have the funds, opportunities or resources to do so. Which is why we created the Nurture Fund. Nurture Fund will pay for services within Nurture Centre for people who are disadvantaged - and who need it the most! (Trauma Therapy, Dould/Birthing Support, Hypnobirthing, Meditation, Relaxation, Massage, Floatation Tank! etc) Our aim is to ensure that women, men, children, grandparents..... avoid mental, emotional or physical issues which they could have overcome quicker and more easilywith immediate help and support.
