DISC is a ClubMark accredited organisation which provides a great variety of sporting activities for our disabled community through regular meetings, activities and events. We run fun weekly sessions catering for all ages and abilities, together with their families.

DISC is unique in that we have no age/ability restrictions. Our club offers a fun, caring environment that embraces the whole family to participate in activities together. By offering experience in various sports and team building activites DISC provides opportunities for our members, which they may otherwise have difficulty in accessing.

DISC has gone from strength to strength, starting from monthly sessions with just a few members to now offering weekly sessions with over 100 active members. To date, we have offered opportunites in archery, boccia, curling, athletics, badminton, basketball/wheelchair basketball, cricket, dance, football, golf, martial arts, multi-skills, trampolining, use of the gym and yoga. We have also held 4 bowling parties, an Olympic inspired fun day, Christmas parties and held fund raising events.
