The aims and objectives of the organisation are: 1) The preservation and promotion of Kurdish culture, heritage and identity 2) To provide support and assistance education, training and employment 3) To provide support for disadvantage groups within the Kurdish community 4) To promote cultural awareness through training in schools, colleges, age concern groups etc. 5) To promote equality, human rights and community integration 6) To hold regular meetings and produce a community newsletter

We provide support and advice to individuals within our community. We provide translation, interpretation and encourage people to learn about British culture and heritage. We aimed to create better opportunities for everyone within the community and build undesrtanding with other comminuities. We have Kurdish dancing group to provide entertainment and the opportunity to build new relationship. We hold regular events and have kurdish radio show every friday from 5 to 7 to promote kurdish music

We have managed to help a lot of people with housing issues, immigration, languages, CV's, translations and interpretations etc. We have organised many different events like Kurdish new year (Newroz) party and exhibitions at the Plymouth Museum.
