We are a local Road Running Club formed 20 years ago. We meet in a Church Hall every Thursday evening and in a local park on a Sunday Morning for longer runs and on a Monday for speed/hill sessions. The Thursday session cost is £1.00 each.The club has grown from a handful to a senior membership of 120-130 with a 50-50 men-ladies. Age range from 16 to 76 and with mixed abilities. From members who just want to get fit to very good club runners.We have partenships with some of the local schools.

Some of our coaches work with some of our local primary schools, coaching in their after school clubs. we also hold annualy a local race and all profits made from that race we give to laocl charities. We have a good club /schools partenship in Plymstock

Our senior club has grown from just half a dozen to over 120. Competing in many local races and in the London marathon raising money for charities. Our junior section was formed in 2005 and the satellite club was formed in 2007 in the north of Plymouth to provide a ahletics club in that part of the city and this year we became the Devon indoor sportshall champions for the 3rd year running.
