To provide services for older people in Glenrothes, and the surrounding area, that enhance their quality and enjoyment of life by encouraging interaction, mental & physical activity and companionship. Our aim is to promote independence, improve confidence and reduce social isolation.

Providing a safe environment for older people to meet, partake in fun activities with plenty of opportunities for food, fun and laughter.

We provide 130 spaces per week. We aim to encourage older people to be as active as possible in their communities, allowing them to remain at home for as long as possible.
