SCCYC delivers a Food Aid service to approximately 250 people in the town. Our clients include individuals and families experiencing poverty, many of whom face complex challenges such as mental and physical health conditions, abuse, and migration difficulties. In addition, we provide hot meals to rough sleepers and supply emergency provisions during times of crisis.
Our Support ServicesWe offer needs-led support, supplying food and essential resources. During winter, we provide sleeping bags, woollen clothing, and access to our warm hub wellbeing café. Our services also extend to befriending, providing information and guidance, and making referrals to appropriate support networks.
How You Can HelpYour support is crucial in enabling us to continue this vital service. We are in urgent need of donations—whether food, resources, or financial support. Monetary contributions allow us to purchase necessary food and supplies to meet specific needs as and when needed for those most in need within the Town.
Use of FundingFunds will be used to purchase dry, fresh, and hot food and vital resources such as toiletries and winter supplies.
