The Nosmig team are taking part in this year's Lions Swimarathon and would appreciate your support.
The Haywards Heath Lions Club's Swimarathon is an annual charity fundraising event held at the Dolphin Leisure Centre on Good Friday, enabling teams of six swimmers of any age to raise money for local charities and good causes.

The main beneficiary of this year’s swimarathon will be Time 4 Children, who will receive 50 % of all money raised.

With the other 50% of the money they raise, the team has chosen to support  the Motor Neurone Disease Association

The sponsorship money raised by each team is paid to Haywards Heath Lions Club, who then distribute it to the charities and good causes.
The key objective is to raise as much money as possible while having fun!

Time 4 Children provide a ‘listening ear’. Children can experience emotionally stressful times in their young lives. Time 4 Children can help. They are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Time 4 Children is a small charity, based in Haywards Heath, which aims to increase the emotional well-being, self-confidence and self-esteem of emotionally vulnerable children of primary school age in Mid Sussex.  They do this by providing individual weekly sessions where a child can explore their worries, fears, anxieties or experiences with trained Volunteer Practitioners.

Time 4 Children are passionate in the belief, that supporting children early enough when they are struggling with emotional upset in their lives can help prevent more serious mental health problems later on for the child, their siblings and parents.
