About the appeal

We have been running Brighter Living Qi Gong And Meditation classes at Staywell in New Malden for nearly a year now. We want to run the classes for another year because we have made such a difference to the members lives there.

From the beginning of the project to the end, we have seen more movement, more smiles and more participation from the members. It has been a real pleasure to see.

With your help, we will be able to continue this project at Staywell on Monday mornings. Every little helps to keep this service going. So please, do help up make a difference to the peoples lives who are attending these classes.

We are improving the health and well-being, the positivity, the confidence and the hope for these members there. In a world that is becoming increasingly difficult to live in for some people, this gives the elderly people attending these sessions real hope.

And many of them have no one else in their lives, so you are helping with loneliness also.

We appreciate any gesture for you to help us. And wish you all the best in your endeavours.

And we also appreciate Kingston Charitable Foundation for their help in starting this project at Staywell. We really cannot believe the difference this has made to the members there.
