A free and confidential Youth Counselling service, available to all Wokingham residents. Adults are also welcome to use our service at a low cost.

Why the community needs us

We provide this vital and increasingly needed psychological intervention, to help children and young people to deal with anxiety and depression. We help with many kinds of problems, the most common being bereavement, bullying, relationship issues, low self-esteem and low confidence. We also help adults in our community to work through difficulties in their lives, enabling them to enjoy happier and more fulfilled lives.
