Our mission is: - To provide a caring professional response to the child in need, irrespective of their background, race or religion. - To uphold the rights of the child and to ensure the protection and welfare of the child is paramount.

The prime focus of our work is to provide an early intervention service with children, young people and families to enable them to address difficulties that may be impeding their educational, social and emotional development. At bccs we hope to help children and young people perhaps deal with difficulties that may have been thrust upon them and steer them back onto the rails so that they can fulfil their potential and positively contribute to Society.

The challenges faced by young people today are many and complex. Our team provide care counselling and support wherever and whatever is needed. We place no limit on the time our workers spend on a particular matter and work with the child and family until they no longer need support. We deal with a wide range of issues such as: intimidation, bullying,bereavement,parents relationship breakdown,self harm, neglect, physical/emotional abuse and low self esteem. We work closely with other agencies.
