Why the community needs us
Our work with bereaved clients helps them to overcome particular difficulties they may experience following the death of a loved one. The death might have been traumatic in some way or may have been sudden, violent or involve the death of a child. Our work with clients can, in time, help them to adapt to their loss, participate more in family life and life in the community. GPs who refer their vulnerable patients have the security of knowing that their patients will receive professional care.
