Bressingham has been educating on steam as a source of power for Standard Gauge transport of people, Narrow Gauge transport of slate, road buiding, fire fighting, agriculture and goods and steam as a source of power for funfair enjoyment. Bressingham provides a community for its volunteers to meet each other and in some cases keep active in retirement, the cross section of ages from teenage to octagenarians keeps knowledge ond skills flow from the old to the young and vice versa.
