Our objective is help people with mental health problems to increase self-esteem, self-confidence, social interaction and improve physical health in a supportive setting, using horticulture and related activities. Working as part of as team people are given the opportunity to experience the emotional boost that comes from success and achievement.

Our support enables people with mental illnesses to live successfully within the community and helps to keep people out of hospital. We work with people to help them to manage their illness in such a way that they are able to move along a pathway to recovery to a point where they are able to manage without support.

We work with over 100 people and provide 5,000 therapeutic sessions per year. We help many people to move on into employment, voluntary work or further eductaion. Our work also provides some support for family and friends who are caring for people with mental illness.
