BBPDC offers peer support and resources for those with BPD/EUPD and C-PTSD through weekly meetings.
The Bristol Borderline Personality Disorder Collective (BBPDC) is a grassroots community project that delivers weekly in-person peer support to people living with Borderline Personality Disorder/Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (BPD/EUPD) and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD).
Regardless of diagnostic status, the BPD & C-PTSD Support Group welcomes anyone who lives with BPD/EUPD, C-PTSD, anyone who identifies as experiencing emotional dysregulation and strong emotions, and other BPD traits. We aim to foster a community where those living with BPD/EUPD and C-PTSD can share their stories, learn from one another, and find solace in the knowledge that they are not alone in their struggles.
Donations also support the BBPDC to fund training and clinical supervision for group facilitators, purchase resources for peer group members, and cover the running costs of bpdcollective.org
