To promote the sport of cricket within the community and provide opportunities for recreation, coaching and competition at all levels. To manage an open field space for recreation within the community, primarily for the use of cricket. Donation administration for this group is being carried out by Devon Community Foundation (until Cornwall launch Localgiving.com). This group, however, is based in Cornwall and has been vetted by Cornwall Community Foundation.

We provide junior coaching and training sessions at Calstock CC every Friday from April to September. We hold competitive matches at Under 11 level. We run after school clubs at Calstock, Delaware and St Mellion Primary Schools and an inter school competition. Our adult teams play Saturday and Tuesday evening cricket in the Tamar League. Our ground, Butts Meadow, is an open space available to community when not in use for cricket.

We have an active junior section now which will provide the lifeline of the club for many years to come. We have worked hard to improve our facilities and equipment and aim to develop even further in the next few years. Our next project will be a new pavilion, with new changing facilities, showers, additional toilets, a kitchen and a clubroom area for use in wet weather.
