The organisation is one of only a handful of violence prevention interventions focused on 18-25 year olds. It is also one of the only organisations to offer "right-now solutions for right-now situations." The charity aims to provide an immediate, in-the-moment, intervention in crisis situations that could result in violence. Working intensively with young people and young adults to assist in acheiving positive outcomes and remain free from offending behaviour and violent crime

Anti violence messages have been spread through communities and amongst young people. Engagement of young offenders to acheive positive outcomes such as education /training Employment of ex offenders, social inclusion Intervening to prevent a retaliation shooting when a victims house was targeted. To date, no further violent incident occurred relating to this conflict
