Empower is a unique, non profit Making company. We offer a range of services for women, and pride ourselves in making our programs available to ALL women regardless of circumstance.
The Empower Programs, although all different, all have the same goal in mind – To get women back to themselves and even stronger, achieve their ultimate goals and live a happy, active family life.
We are all about Women Supporting Women! Empowered women – Empower women.
The Empower Pre/Postnatal Programs offer fitness & rehabilitation within a group environment for pre & postnatal women, who have unmet crucial health needs. We improve their physical, emotional and mental health; enabling them to rebuild their strength through training & educating. We provide a social platform for meeting other mums, reducing loneliness, building friendships, and establishing a support network. We provide free sessions to survivors of domestic abuse and women recovering from addiction.

The Empower programs have been developed by Sherilee Green, a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Mum. After having PGP throughout her pregnancy, resulting in being on crutches and experiencing how pregnancy can affect both physical and mental health, Sher decided to use her own qualifications and experience to help others.
