We're fundraising to replace the much-loved wooden climbing frame which children at Headington Quarry School have enjoyed for over 10 years. The safety certificate for the current four-tower climbing frame expires in summer 2017. We need your help to raise over £10,000 to make sure the school can replace it for the new children in autumn 2017!

Why the community needs us

We're Headington Quarry Parent Teacher Association (PTA) - an active group of parents, carers and staff. Every year we organise a variety of events, such as the Christmas Fair, Curry and Quiz night and Bring and Share Lunch. These are always great occasions for the school's community and the funds raised support a range of school activities. This school year 2016-17 we're working especially hard to raise additional funds needed to replace the climbing frame.

Our impact on the community

Headington Quarry Foundation Stage School is a non-denominational state school, which also houses St. Andrew's Church of England Primary School Reception Class. The school is attended daily by 80 pre-school children and 30 in reception class. The new climbing frame will provide an important opportunity for the children's physical development, plenty of adventures and fun. The funds raised will contribute to the removal and replacement of the climbing frame and safety surface.
