ARC improves the health and wellbeing of individuals, communities and the environment through connection with nature.
ARC supports people to access and connect with nature for their mental and physical wellbeing.
- We run sessions with adults that support mental and physical wellbeing;
- We run sessions with children and young people to help them engage with nature;
- We work with the community to create or maintain gardens and woodlands.
As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company ARC relies on grants, individual and company donations, to enable us to deliver these activities reaching over 350 people a year. Funding enables us to offer our the majority of our services FREE making the opportunity to engage very accessible, particularly for people who are struggling. With the cost-of-living crisis this is particularly important at the moment.
Giving a one-off or monthly donation will make a huge difference to the mental and physical wellbeing of our beneficiaries. Every penny counts and will go towards improving the lives of local people, young and old.
