Our aim is to provide people aged 50+ with the assistance, support and services that are needed to live a healthier, more active and independent life. We make our services as accessible as possible and offer differing levels of support according to individual need. We help our service users plan for the future, prevent problems, find and use services, take part in more social/leisure activities and have a more active role in their community.
