Local charity founded in 1958 dedicted to improving later life in Horsham District
Our vision is that Horsham District is a place where everyone has the opportunity for a good quality of life in later life. We provide activities and services that promote, influence and improve wellbeing and throughout Horsham District enabling people to live later life to the full.
Why the community needs usWe reach over 7,000 people in later life each year with the combined reach of our services. Last year we helped local residents unlock over £1million of unclaimed benefits. We place considerable emphasis on delivering services in peoples own homes, where needed, including practical help and support, home visiting, support in claming benefits and support following a stay in hosptial. We provide vibrant activity clubs as well as dementia support clubs which provide valuable respite for carers.
