The Ann McGeeney Charitable Trust was set up in Ann's memory following her passing in 2014. Ann's husband Jimmy along with their daughters Holly and Daisy and a wider advisory group, set up the Trust so that Ann's lifelong work in community relations and peacebuilding could continue in some way. The Trust is managed by the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland.

The Trust will focus on the work Ann was passionate about; women's groups, minority groups, community development and cross border peace building. It will make grants that can make a significant difference to individuals and small organisations.
