Since 1986 we have offered practical opportunities to experience the world of work and the wider community, designed to inspire tomorrow's workforce today. Young people tell us how this kind of engagement inspires them. Each year we work with thousands of young people from 5 - 19.

To improve the life skills of local young people and support the growth of the economy. To promote motivation, self confidence and social skills required for adult life.

The Basingstoke Consortium helped over 4,000 local young people prepare for the world of work in the last year. Over 700 local companies gave a total of over 25,000 hours of volunteer time to support our work related learning programmes.
