To provide counselling to the Wokingham community. Service is aimed at helping people suffering from a range of life's problems, including depression, low self esteem and anxiety.

The Berkshire Counselling Centre provides low cost but high quality counselling to the community. All counsellors are trained to, or working towards Diploma level. We also provide a bursary scheme for those in financial hardship.

We constantly measure the outcomes of therapy with our clients by use of CORE documentation. This assess peoples moods at the start and end of therapy. As a result we can validate the outcome of our work.
