We are an independent foodbank charity that has served the local Tower Hamlets community since 2014.  We are open to those in need of instant, short-term food aid without referral.  Our foodbank is based in Bow.
 
Since the onset of the pandemic, we have offered pre-bagged items + fresh fruit and veg once a week, with some extra food for families with children. 

Clients who live in Tower Hamlets are able to make 12 visits to the foodbank to help them with emergency food supplies. If living outside of Tower Hamlets, we provide 3 visits to the foodbank and aim to provide direction or referrals to other services closer to clients' residence.
