We are an independent foodbank charity that has served the local Tower Hamlets community since 2014.  We are open to those in need of instant, short-term food aid without referral.  Our two foodbanks are based in Bow (Mondays) and Bethnal Green (Wednesdays)
 
Since the onset of the pandemic, we have offered pre-bagged items + fresh fruit and veg once a week, with some extra food for families with children. 

Clients are able to make 12 visits to the foodbank (either at Bow or Bethnal Green) to help them with emergency food supplies.
