Supporting young people aged 13-25 in North Oxfordshire.
On a daily basis BYHP are helping young people and their families through a wide range of services to avoid young people becoming homeless. Our Health and Wellbeing team deliver free Counselling and Family Mediation sessions, a Peer Support Group, a CAMHS project working with children and young people and 1-1 sessions with our Transition Wellbeing Practitioner. Our Training and Employability team offer 1-1 sessions- Back on Track works with young people aged 15-17 who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET. Unlocking Potential for Oxfordshire helps young people aged 17-19 who are NEET to discover their potential. We also offer a food bank to our service users and their families. Signposting and support is available to help young people who are homeless.
