The world is shifting gear. The climate emergency and growing social inequalities continue to highlight the critical need for social and environmental justice in creating a peaceful and sustainable world. The voices of young women and non-binary change makers need to be included. Empowering them is key to ensuring diverse and inclusive leaders and change-makers in the future.

Support our Catalyst programme 2024
In 2024 we will grow and support our community through a sustainability empowerment and green careers programme where catalysts can connect with each other, as well as with mentors and sustainable businesses and organisations.

To enable them to grow their networks, confidence, skills and pathways into sustainable education and careers.

Make a real difference to the futures of young women, by enabling us to roll out our new green career and skills programme in 2024, help us to transform the lives of thousands of young women to be the sustainability leaders and change makers our world so urgently needs.
