Empowering young women to build a better future
The world is shifting gear. The climate emergency, COVID-19, Black Lives Matter, and Me Too have continued to highlight the critical need for social and environmental justice in creating a peaceful and sustainable world. The voices of young women need to be included creating a sustainable world and empowering young women now, is key to ensuring diverse and inclusive leaders and change makers in the future.

Support our Catalyst programme 2023
In 2023 we will grow and support our community through a sustainability empowerment programme where catalysts can connect with each other, as well as with mentors and sustainable businesses and organisations.

To enable them to grow their networks, confidence, skills and pathways into sustainable education and careers.

Make a real difference to the futures of young women, by enabling us to roll out our new work placement programme and community in 2023, helping us to transform the lives of thousands of young women to be the sustainability leaders and change makers our world so urgently needs.

Catalyse Change CIC is a social enterprise supporting teenage girls and young women to develop sustainability skills and knowledge for 'healthy, happy and green' communities, careers and planet. We deliver learning and mentoring programmes (both on and offline) to support them as confident, resilient change makers.
