Caribbean Cultural Arts Service (CCAS) works with communities and organisations that lack the expertise and resources to showcase arts and culture from the Caribbean Diasporas. We provide a not-for-profit, one-stop outsourcing service that facilitates local community access to the Caribbean part of our general cultural heritage. This is through the collaborative provision of programmes, projects and events such as exhibitions and workshops which contribute to the UK's national culture.

Why the community needs us

CCAS is a Caribbean events planning and project management service. We facilitate local community access to the Caribbean part of our general cultural heritage. The main objective of our organisation is to make Caribbean arts and culture accessible to people of Caribbean decent and to a wider public as part of the general cultural heritage of the UK.

Our impact on the community

Past support has enabled CCAS to promote the services we provide to a much wider local public audience. The local community has benefited and been involved on a much wider scale than we have ever done before. We are very pleased that through the workshops we have delivered through this grant we have managed to involve children, youth, elders, families, schools, community groups, travellers, health, faith, and local authority organisations and their employees etc.
