Christian Family Centre aims to work out its faith within the local community for the benefit of those in the surrounding area. We provide support and counselling for those in difficulty. We also run a kids club and a youth club every week which are open to the local community. We have just started a support group called SNAP for parents of children who have special needs. At Christmas we provide hampers to relieve hardship for local families. We also support missionary work abroad.

Christian Family Centre seeks to provide relevant and real support for local individuals and families not just those who attend services on a Sunday. We aim to show God's love through acts of service and outreach. Our aim is that we are "being church, not just doing church".

Over thirty 5-11 year olds regularly attend our kids club, increasing their sense of self-esteem and confidence. Much needed support is provided for families with children who have special needs and are under extreme pressure. Parents with personal experience of special needs children provide a listening ear and help to cope with emotional and social difficulties.
