We provide free, confidential, impartial advice to the people of Colchester to help residents with debt, benefits,employment, housing,immigration, and consumer issues. We provide webchat,email,telephone and face-to-face advice and are AQS accredited and FCA registered.

Last year we helped 7,000 clients with 14,130 separate issues. Our skilled volunteers undertook over 13,000 hours of advice work and the total value of our work to the borough of Colchester is over £13,000,000

We helped clients write off £214,000 of debt and claim benefits of £75,000. We also advised on housing, family, employment, immigration and consumer issues.
