We provide advice to people about the problems they're facing and campaign to improve the things that affect their lives

We help people find a way forward which prevents homelessness, help people know what benefits they are entitled to, help people stay in their jobs and in their own homes living independently, help people deal with their debts.We campaign on local and national issues. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination wherever we see it.

We help over 3,000 people a year and our work generates over £5 million of income for the local community.
