We support people when they need it most, where they need it most - giving advice and guidance in the heart of people's communities to help people find a way forward no matter what their issue.

Our impact on the community
Over the last year we've helped over 17,000 people either at drop in sessions, pre-arranged appointments, by phone or via webchat. In addition to supporting individuals, our work promotes community cohesion by keeping people happier, healthier and more engaged in local services, both through the advice we give and the volunteering opportunities we offer.
