Closer Communities is a local registered charity that supports families that have a child with disabilities or complex medical health needs or SEND. We support the whole family holistically in whatever way we can. We offer support groups for parents, carers, siblings and grandparents. We offer support to attend vital professional meetings, support in hospital, support for our children and their siblings to attend inclusive activities. We believe in thriving alongside surviving the often difficult journeys that our families are on.
