All our income goes to maintaining and developing the Coldwell Inn Project, the building, site and facilities, so that we can offer a greater range and amount of such activities to more and more deserving people. Coldwell is also a centre for voluntary workers. It provides work experience, qualifications and job search help, for people who are looking for work. It especially helps people who may have become detached from society, through mental health issues, physical incapacity, or isolation.

Coldwell is a peaceful , scenic location where groups can come for the day or stay doing fun activities, training or respite.Volunteers also have the opportunity to come somewhere which is calm as a stepping stone back into a working environment.

Groups have a well needed break away from their everyday lives in an exclusive tranquil setting. Volunteers have the opportunity to start here in a laid back, friendly environment. This enables them to build up motivation and confidence before moving on to other training, employment, courses in a busier environment.
