The purpose of the Community Outreach Totalcare Services is to help and support those who are unable to leave their homes or care homes either through age, illness or disability in an attempt at reducing their loneliness and isolation whilst assisting them to remain independent, enhancing their quality of life. The Services has now extended to Sheffield as well as Nottingham City and County.

Community Outreach Totalcare Service offers the people of Nottingham City and the County the opportunity for shopping of every kind, to be escorted or we do the errand ourselves. We are able to take individuals for walk and talk, this can be a place of interest or use creatively our Sit in Services, breaking their isolation and loneliness providing a better sense of well being and healthier lives. We provide an escort service to hosp, drs, dentist, light domestic service, cooking meals etc.

Our core values are ensuring individuals receive an excellent services and are treated with dignity and respect. In a recent review all our customers agree the services provided was excellent, the volunteer who worked with them were courteous, patient, friendly, listened carefully and was responsive to them. As one customer commented it "could not have been better" another said "she felt safe in our care when when we took her out", meets our outcomes to improving vulnerable peoples lives.
