Cove Burgh Hall is the 'village hall' for the communities of Cove and Kilcreggan.
Cove Burgh Hall objectives are to make it the vibrant, focal hub 'soul' of the communities by adding distinct value to the everyday social and cultural lives and wellbeing of local residents. The Hall contributes important social, cultural and recreational value to the lives of local people, inclusive of all social groups, within a well maintained, quality physical infrastructure. CBH ensures that the range of activities hosted within the Hall are socially and financially inclusive.
Why the community needs usCove Burgh Hall is owned by the community and run for the community. The Hall hosts meetings of local groups that cater for a wide range of interests and all ages, including religious, cultural, adult learning, hobby and physical exercise activities. It is also available for hire by the public for weddings, birthday parties and other such celebratory events. Further, through Live@CBH the Hall is a venue for many fund raising events such as dances, theatre, concerts and festivals.
