They work with street homeless people from 16 year sold upwards. They do this by running a High Support Hostel (Southwell Lodge) for ten 16&17 year olds. They run a Direct Access Hostel (Riverside House) for 24 adult homeless men, women, couples and their pets.They run a Drop In Day Centre which is open every day of the year and which is open to any homless, disadvantaged or socially excluded people who need help, advice, support and empathy. the above is all provided in a non judgemental way.

Our short stay adult Hostels houses approximately 300 people a year and we are able to resettle 69% of them. Our Day Centre has over 16,000 client contacts per year. Our High Support Yung Persons Hostel houses approximately 15 young people per year. We work with whoever might come to our doors in a totally non judgemental way but specifically for those who have fallen through all of the safety nets set up in our society. we help people to come off the streets and to find a new purpose in life.

In every year we are able to help some of our clients to overcome their problems with alcohol and drug abuse, self harming and perosnality problems. Our staff are able to help clients obtain more peranent and longer term housing and to solve problems they may have with their current housing. We work on homelessness prevention helping families to survive in the current climate.We do outreach working talking to young people in schools and churches starting to break down the stigma of homelessness.
