We are a Local Community Football Club.
Teams from the age of Under 8, 10 and 11 playing in the Torfaen Junior Football League. Our Senior Teams Playing in the Monmouthshire Building Society Newport & District League. 1st Team in the Premier X League, and the 2nd Team in Division 2.
We strive to provide a family friendly environment for boys and girls of all abilities and from all backgrounds with no bias and all being treated equally. To provide the opportunity for them to participate in a team sport to increase their fitness and mental health and learn life skills,.
We are always looking for New Players of all ages, in addition to New Coaches / First Aiders and Helpers at each age level, Hopefully be able to run additional teams with the added support of personnel and funding..
Our Senior Team having gained promotion to the Newport & District Premier X League in 2022/23 season, had a particularly successful season 2023/24 coming runners up in the League. In addition Runners up in the Senior Cup.
Our 2nd Senior Team finished mid table for the 2023/24 season, and are looking forward to the 2024/25 season.
Our Junior Teams at Under 9 and Under 10 have both progressed well in the 2023/24 season both showing great skill and commitment to their teams. Both looking forward to the new season where they move up an age group to Under 10 and Under 11. The new season sees a New Junior Team to the club at Under 8's. Have had their first training sessions with their new coach and assistants and are showing great enthusiasm for the game. Should be an interesting season for them.
We are a small club and our fixed costs which we cannot avoid are growing drastically. We are looking at ways to raise some much needed funds, for a number of funding pots.
If you feel you are able to help us achieve our goals either by offering your services or a donation not matter how large or small it would be very much appreciated.
