Crossroads Care Wokingham was set up to provide short respite breaks to carers in the Wokingham and Bracknell Forest areas. Over the last 25 years the service has become a leading quality provider of respite care with an excellent reputation.

We provide support to the many people in the area who care, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction can't cope without their support. Many carers feel unable to take a break. The danger signs of this may not be obvious at first but the stress and strain of caring often takes its toll on both a carer's physical and mental health. We are here to help them.

Our services improve the health and well-being of both the carer and their loved one and help people to continue living as independently as possible at home.
