"PAD B" means to "press a different button", to do things differently in order to get a better result in life. The Pad B programme is set out to help people from chaotic backgrounds to recover and then go on to mentor/support others who struggle with similar problems.

Working in connection with Durham Christian Partnership PAD-B is a life-changing programme to address people who are looking for any form of support. We offer a compassionate personal approach to recovery from drug or alcohol dependency and mental health issues.

We believe that the best person to help are the ones who have been through these issues, those who can relate to the struggles and battles of addiction and mental health. We offer a variety of activities, working together in groups and providing one on one sessions with a vision of helping those through their addiction and mental health.
