We are a community-based organisation that specialises in providing the local community with support to employment through training. We provide training matched with career advice and guindance with a view to reducing the number of the unemployed people in the local communities with emphasis to the disadvantaged members of the society. Our projects include tailor-made business or employment related training programmes, employability and career advice and guidance and other related projects.

Why the community needs us

Our main aim of the charity is to help the disadanvantaged members of the society to improve their living standards through education, employment and training.Through our accredited and non-accredited training programmes, our clients are able to access free training and education which are tailor-made to help individuals to meet their specific needs such as employment or business start-up.Our stakeholders-clients, funders and sponsors are always in the front row of our decision making proces.

Our impact on the community

We are accredited training providers for a number of job-related skills training programmes including NVQs and apprenticeships. They include Health and social care, Business& Administration, Security (SIA)Cleaning etc.Currently we have a number of training and employment projects going on which includes Free NVQ levels 2&3 which include health and social care,Business& Admin among others.The training comes with free career advice and employment support.
