Exercising People In Communities (EPIC) Norfolk is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to get communities more active, especially those from underrepresented groups. We do this by delivering a variety of sports activities and events. We deliver a variety of activities to a range of groups such as disability day centres, schools, care homes, exercise referral classes & workplaces. We also organise events where all the profits get reinvested into local sport and physical activity.
